The solar eclipse 2017 silenced the birds of Camas National Wildlife Refuge. Can you find Mercury in the photo? Details: Nikon D7100, ISO 5600, F/11 at 1/100 second.
The field of view of the photo is too narrow to have Mercury in the field. Mercury was about 10 degrees to the east of the sun for the eclipse. I think that is the star Regulus about 1.5 degrees from the eclipsed Sun.
