Details:
I woke up in one of the many solar camping sites in Madras. With my cousin's son and another friend traveler, we went to a local hill that we had spotted the day before as a perfect location. There was haze in the sky all day due to nearby burning forests that blocked the best bright background colors. Nevertheless the moment of totality was unforgettable to both my companions, after all it was their first. PS. In a funny way, these photos kind of remind us that we often forget to enjoy the moment, instead we want to capture it electronically. :)
