Details:
An amazing night at Hoopers Inlet on the Otago Peninsula. A bright auroral arc was visible for most of the night, and then, just as I was about to pack up and go home at midnight it exploded into life, with beams across the sky. I even got to see a display of the famous "Steve" beam! Awesome night here in New Zealand's Deep South!
