Date : 17/07/2017 Time : From 20:48 UTC to 21:22 UTC Elevation : ~5° or ~6° Direction : North Location : Champ du Feu, 1100 m, Bas-Rhin (East of France) Equipment : Canon 600D + 18-55 mm lens & 50 mm f/1.8 lens + tripod Note : strange structure like a "NLC line" on the left side of the images. >> Finally, I managed to observe and capture my very first noctilucent clouds! I am thrilled to got them after reams of nights hunting (since 2016). >> It began with a bright structure which stood out of the common clouds at 20:48 UTC. So, I was almost sure it was NLC.
