Details:
Pensacola State students and guests have marveled at the size and activity of AR 2665 this week. First photo is by Dr. Clay Mostad last Sunday with his C-8 visually. Second shot is by WUWF correspondent Dave Dunwoody with his smartphone and Eon 72 refractor through a 2.5" Draco Baader solar filter Monday afternoon. Third shot Tuesday by EAAA student member Gemma Dobson with PST, iOptron smartphone adapter, and smartphone. Last smartphone shot by EAAA student member Keeisha Mays shows the visual appearance to the class with our SolarScope projection; this is a great way to show a whole class the eclipse on August 21st.
