Details:
I was just curious about the edges of the sun. Most of my shots the edges come out pretty smooth. This image here is rough. Fuji XT2 1/2000sec ISO 400

Your camera settings are probably freezing the action on the limb. Try slower shutter speeds, e.g. 1/250 sec, and lower ASA, e.g. 100 ASA.
