Details:
As we go deeper into the #noctilucentcloud season, the ice and getting thicker and wider, starting to spread more southwards as the mesosphere gets even colder. Last night, nothing was really visible until 00:30 GMT+1, where a thin shining region appeared in the far NW. Around 1:30, the north horizon, which had been too bright, revealed some weak but widespread type II and III. We are not seeing the real deal yet, but it shows that the nucleation is accelerating and emphasizing now.
