Details:
A beautiful feathery partial halo appeared between clouds while I was visiting a MetroPark. It only lasted a couple of minutes. I was lucky to have looked up at the right moment.

Hard to determine what halo form this is, because no points of reference are in the photograph. How high in the sky did you look up for seeing this halo?
Because of its saturated spectral colours, it appears most likely to be a section of a 46degs halo below the sun, such as infralateral arc or circumhorizontal arc.
