...and a very beautiful one! A typical low-sun appearance with characteristic V-shape. (Upper) tangent arcs are frequently seen in our Western-European region, but mostly not so well-defined and bright as in this case. Usually only the piece of contact with the (whether or not visible) 22 degrees ring is visible. See also http://www.atoptics.co.uk/halo/colsolat.htm
