I live in a small mountain community (Painted Cave) above Santa Barbara, California. I was on a winding mountain road called East Camino Cielo and could see the Pacific Ocean. There were wispy clouds and among them these rainbow clouds, colored pink, yellow, green and blue. I was told they were a portion of a circumhorizontal arc not iridescent clouds. I used an iPhone 7+.

Its a fragment of the circumhorizontal arc, since the colours appear in cirriform clouds. The colours are inrainbow order with the red upward, facing thje sun far below the upper edge of the image.
