Comet C/2015 V2 Johnson was imaged on the evening of May 21 and the early morning of May 22, 2017 as it was passing through the constellation Bootes. The comet has a very bright green coma and spouts a dust tail. It is now a very nice target in backyard telescopes. Comet was imaged with a Takahashi Epsilon 130D astrograph equipped with a QHY 183-C single shot color CCD camera. 25 light frames @ 90 seconds each + 10 dark frames @ 90 seconds each. Processed in PixInsight with final tweeking in Photoshop CS.
