Details:
A nice photogenic aurora (good for the camera but not too impressive to the eye) appeared Saturday night and added to the sky over the scenic Red Deer River valley in the Badlands of southern Alberta, from the Orkney Viewpoint. The panorama shows the sweep of the Milky Way above mirroring the bend in the river below.
