Details:
Today's occultation of Aldebaran by the Moon occurred just after sunset as seen from Germany. While clouds obscured the disappearance of the planet, its reappearance was beautifully visible in my 80 mm refractor. Right after the star popped back into view, I replaced the eyepiece with my Olympus E-M5ii camera to take this photo just seconds after the Aldebaran reappeared.
