Details:
The night on the Arctic Circle is coming to an end. The horizon is already bright throughout the night, meaning that there's maybe 1 week left to see the auroras. It has been a great season already with many wonderful auroras (solar minimum anyone? :) but I went to hunt auroras one last time in my hometown of Rovaniemi, Lapland Finland. Luckily, because of the high activity the auroras climbed high enough so the light from the horizon did not interfere too much with the lights.
