Details:
After following the asteroid during three hours last night I was feeling like I was flying side by side with it. What a journey! I had Celestron 8" SCT @F6.3, Onyx-80 ED and AGFA-180 lens all aligned and ready. Over 200 images acquired between 19:50 and 23:00 (UT)with Canon EOS-550D Clear sky, dry and very cool air. And light pollution, of course.
This animation is a fast-forwarded 8-minutes long fly-by of the asteroid along a prominent group of stars in the background, in the center of not so prominent constellation Canes Vinatici.
