Details:
This comet is getting bigger, brighter, and moving faster each day as it approaches the earth. This image was taken with a Nikon d7100, Nikkor 180mm f/2.8 @ f/5.0, iso 1000, exp 33x118s under good skies (temperature 30F). A small tail at the 2:30 position is more apparent with some fanning counter-clockwise to an 11 o'clock position (perhaps a 2nd tail). Comet is fixed against the trailing stars.
