Details:

A beautiful clear blue sky this morning. Venus now is just 4d 14 h before inferior conjunction. Shining at 1.8%. Getting really close to the Sun at 10.9 deg!

you can see a picture of Venus with 2 arrows ... hopefully someone can do that again this year !

Wow! I never thought the backlit would be that clear! worth to keep our eyes open since this years elongation pretty much similar like that in 2009!
