Details:
A lovely, lively display. The auroral arc started forming low in the northern sky at around 8pm, slowly built in intensity; surged south several times with some very pretty arc breakdowns, before it slowly faded north again for the night at around 2pm.
During the breakdowns most of the northern half of the sky was filled with multiple green single and parallel rays and curtains that twisted and intertwined with each other.
It was great a last to also have a clear sky over Lofoten after too long spent waiting hopefully for a gap in the cloud cover to give us a peek at what we knew to be going on overhead.
