It was a bit more challenging for us on the US East Coast to see and image last night's lunar eclipse because the Moon was quite low in the east at max. Add to that the fact that my observatory roof opens east and I also had to contend with the roof gable. Managed to capture a series of images taken through an H-alpha filter on my Ritchey-Chretien telescope and made a gif animation. Did the best I could to maintain uniformity on the non-eclipsed portion of Moon.
