Details:
After a week of cloudy skies we finally had a night of clear skies here in Churchill, Manitoba on January 25 and had a fine display of aurora despite the Kp Index reading only 1. The Lights started up about 10 pm but by 2 am they had faded out to a dim arc across the north. But it had moments about 11:30 then again at 12:30 am when the Lights did brighten and fill most of the northern sky with slow-moving curtains.
