Details:
Gone are the massive Sunspots of a couple years ago but there is still some to be interesting. This photo is a Questar telescope capture of the Sun in visible light (with a Nikon D810) and 830 nm cutoff infrared (with a converted Nikon D700). The IR image was false colored to contrast the visible image.
