Details:
Planet Venus as it looked to me this January 9, 2017 evening. I am getting in a bit closer, than last night and this image shows a bit more of three dimensions. Also (wishful thinking) of a slight bit of surface detail of the sulfuric acid cloud layer. Thanks to the Schröter effect we see Planet, Venus in the half lit phase. The crushing atmosphere and sulfuric acid rain of this planet makes me think that this place, though named for the Goddess of Love and beauty, must be in reality, what we Earthlings imagine Hell to be like.
