Video of this event can be viewed at: https://www.flickr.com/photos/79387036@N07/31512609321/in/dateposted/ One of the brightest dog suns that I have ever witnessed and recorded occurred between 10:30AM and 11AM under very windy and cold (25F) conditions. Taken with my iPhone 5s and Nikon d7000 using Tokina 11-16mm lens (video clip - link above). Besides sun dogs, a partial parhelic arc and 22 degree circular halo was observed.
