Details:
A nice aurora with temperatures much more moderate than the -30f (-35c) last time I was out. About -5f (-18c) tonite. I used a wide angle fish eye lens as the aurora did extend from horizon to horizon. The half moon added some light for the trees in the foreground.

This is my favorite aurora image in the current gallery! Really great shot. Im not usually a fan of the fisheye -- have used it only once or twice in my career. But you really made it work well, esp with the snow-coated trees in foreground. A+++ Would you mind if I share on Facebook? With all due credit of course. Can you message me on fb?
