Details:
Neptune and the crescent Moon were only 64 arc-minutes apart in Rio`s sky when these photos were taken with a Canon PowerShot SX60 HS camera at 22:34 UT. The 45% illuminated waxing Moon (mag=-9.8) was then 12 million times brighter than Neptune (mag=7.9).
