Details:
I was fortunate to witness the coupling of Venus & Waxing Crescent on 12/2/16 an hour before the moon set. It was a spectacular site to see 2 brightest objects after our Sun. I was thrilled to see the earth shine with bare eyes in spite of the city lights.
I was concerned of the complete cloud cover however was very pleasantly surprised to clear skies 10 degree above the horizon.
