GOBBLE GOBBLE ~ The aurora put on a lovely show over Anchorage, AK early Thanksgiving morning, November 24, 2016 between 1:30 am and 5 am. I shot this turkey at 4:52 am…. and it fed me well. I have many things to give thanks for during this American Holiday including this being my 20th year as a full-time Aurora Hunter. Two decades of photographing spectacles like this for a living has me feeling like I scored the lucky wishbone so I’d like to take this opportunity to scream out “THANXSALAT!” Happy Thanksgiving ~ Todd
