Details:
2nd night on this 5-night Iceland aurora hunt. Decided to stay another night at Dyrholaey , weather forecast was good . And there was potential for a good show ... it started early but slowly... there was a wide band of aurora but it was faint... and finally KA-BOOOM it decided to reward those who were out in the cold ... it was magical...
shot photos, timelapse video, realtime video... and grabbed my violin to fiddle 'Amazing Grace' and a few other melodies... but my fingers were freezing and so was my violin so I didn't play long ... Gosh I wish Lindsey Stirling was here, or Sarah Chang or Ray Chen or Hilary Hahn or Vanessa Mae or Vadim Repin or Maxim Vengerov... or all of them ... we could shoot such a great music video ...
