Details:
The November 2016 Full "Beaver " Moon rising over the lonely badlands on the flanks of the McCullough Peaks east of Cody Wyoming. Later it was imaged in the treetops of my neighborhood, within a scrim of increasing clouds . Camera was a Nikon D5300 , lens a Sigma 150-500 zoom at equivalent focal length of 750 mm ( 15 X). Exposure was determined by spot meter reading the face of the Moon. The cloud and silohuette scene is a direct in-camera HDR image composite of two exposures.
