Details:
This evening Venus shone brightly above a lone whale-shaped cloud which drifted across the twilight view over Hospital Hill and Chikanga Township. It was the remnant of a single windswept cumulonimbus which had developed 45 minutes earlier just before sunset (last image). In the third image Saturn and Antares are also visible behind the drifting cloud. The photographs were taken using a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in sunset and night scenery modes.
