Details:
Photographing the ISS from northern areas as Bergen in Norway is a challenge due to the far distance to the spacestation - about 1200 km and only 12-18 degrees above the horizon. Last weeks observations was done through a small telescope: a 3 inch Unitron refractor. The last picture on the Oct. 24 th observation, included a bright "red spot" just above one of the solar panels of ISS. Is this a false red spot in my Nikon camera, or is this a very very bright "flare" from the solarpanel of ISS?
