Details:
Two cameras were used, a Nikon D810 with a 20 mm Sigma 1.4 lens @ 10 sec for the close up mounted on an iOptron cube tracking mount synched to Betelgeuse that is close to the Orionid radiant and a second camera, a Nikon D800 with a 8 mm Sigma fisheye with the camera set to APS mode for 12 mm FL @ 15 sec to use full frame larger pixel for sensitivity with half sky view to track Orion all night. The Moon is gradually moving away from the radiant was less intrusive a day post-peak. The bright horizon light is the city of Tucson AZ below from a perch in the foothills.
