Details:
With a near full moon rising, the northern lights started out mellow shortly after sunset. I headed to Sawbill Lake at the edge of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in NE Minnesota. The show erupted with naked eye visible colors and movement. An incredible display over a beautiful wilderness.
