Details:
Today, 22 September, is the Spring Equinox in the Southern Hemisphere and in Mutare the sun set behind Murahwa Mountain almost exactly half way between last winter's solstice sunset (right) and the previous summer solstice sunset (left) in the accompanying mosaic. The sky was hazy resulting in bright reflected color in the three close-up views. These were taken with a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 camera in sunset scenery mode.
