Details:
On the 15 September 2016 we saw this really excellent solar halo over Underberg in the Southern Drakensberg Mountains of South Africa. I took the photo hand held with a Canon D600, shutter speed about 1/1000 sec and aperture f22 . It is not enhanced at all and the pure brilliance lasted like this till the very high cirrus cloud sped off to the east. Regards Keith Fey
