It was a very sunny day and I looked up while I was under a tepee at the 84 Country Store. It had a hole in the top and right in the center of it was the circumhorizon arc. The colors were very bright and clear. After a while, it started to disappear as the clouds moved away but it was an amazing sight to witness.

It must have been a circumzentih arc, as you wrote you looked up, for a circumhorizon arc youd have to look straight ahead :)
