Details:
Bright Venus and Jupiter were almost touching last evening at 21:25 UT as only 4.8 arcminutes separated them. The amazingly near conjunction was witnessed by much dimmer Mercury (5° away) as a colorful twilight sky and an inspiring landscape added to the awesome display, captured from Saquarema, 100 km East of the center of Rio de Janeiro City. Photo Details: Canon PowerShot SX60 HS camera; Manual Mode, 5x(F5.0, ISO 800, 1/8 - 1 s)
