Not recent, but just able to share this a few days ago due to this work being a commisioned work for the Marquette Lighthouse 150th - I go back to film days of capturing aurora and have NEVER ever captured anything like this... Prismatic Northern lights from Marquette Michigan - watch for the BLUE colored spiked ripple (-20 it is strongest) a result of very strong ionized nitrogen component interacting with Earth's magnetosphere - check out the time lapse sequence here: https://www.facebook.com/LakeSuperiorPhoto/videos/1242348039122363/
