Details:
Incredible fireball heading west to the northeast of Aberdeen, at first I though it was a helicopter coming ashore it was so bright, but then i broke into several fragments before fading. The first image is composed of 2, 5 second exposures, so you get some idea of how slow it was moving. Shame I didn't react sooner to get the second shot, but I was to gobsmacked to be honest. The second shot shows the later stages as it broke up into 2 or 3 spiralling fragments, which makes me wonder if it might have been space debris ?. Shots taken at 0158 UTC with a Canon 6d, 30mm lens, f3.2, ISO1600.

If it was going that slowly, it sounds like it was orbital debris.
