Details:
While out taking milky way pictures I noticed a slight glow on the horizon that gradually waxed and waned. Not too bright of an occurrence, but definitely visible to the naked eye. I was in the area to recreate a similar photo that I'd taken a couple years ago. This time with a new park service entrance sign.
