Details:
I was trying to photograph an early Perseid but instead I managed to capture this Delta Aquarid meteor instead. There were several Perseid meteors last night but they managed to avoid my camera's field of view. The Blimp-like object seen here is an Aerostat that is used as an Aerial Radar Station and it monitors both naval and aerial activity in the Caribbean Sea. I used a full spectrum Canon T3 camera with a 50mm lens set to F/1.8 for 8 seconds at ISO 1600.
