Details:
Neptune had already been occulted by the Moon before it had risen high enough to see. The subjects were already separated by over a degree by then. Lamda Aquarii made it much easier to locate Neptune. I used my 4" f/8 refractor at prime focus for 1/2 sec using a Nikon D5100.
