Last Monday evening it was an extremely clear sky on Bodmin Moor, Cornwall UK. Around moonrise the Belt of Venus was visible and just below the pink belt the dark shadow the earth is casting on the hemisphere. You can often se these phenomena in winter, but I never saw it in summertime.
