Details:
A bright object was seen burning up over the South Island of New Zealand. Further investigation has lead to it being identified as the the re-entry of the Soyuz upper stage (NORAD #41671, COSPAR 2016-045B)

I believe the fainter object above the Soyuz is the CRS-9 Dragon spacecraft, its on the same track as the ISS which passed 40s before this video.
