Details:
We had cloudy skies most of Sunday, but around 7 p.m. EDT, the Sun broke through the clouds but was starting to get low in elevation. With breezy conditions and low elevation, the seeing wasn't so good, but I was floored with seeing a bright flare in the center of the Sun! Imaged with a Nikon D7200 at prime focus of a SolarMax 60.
