A very good high sun circumscribed halo
http://www.atoptics.co.uk/halo/circsalt.htm
produced by horizontal column crystals in high and cold cirrus haze. This halo is often confused with the more diffuse 22 degree halo. The circumscribed has sharper brighter colours.
