Very unusual very high clouds, a different level, distinctly,from the puffy weather clouds. 3-4 days around sunset.

no.... search/google the term & read about them... a good website is atmospheric optics....there should be a link on the space weather home page.

Just ordinary Cirrus clouds + a part of a circumhorizontal arc.
