Details:
I was visiting the LiJiang Observatory in China which is 3200m above sea level. The sunset on 7th June was speechless. I notice there were coloured arc appearing at the direction of sunset while the sun was under the horizon already. I am not sure what was this. Is this a kind of atmospheric optics phenomenon.
