Details:
Aurora Australis appeared in the south sky the last couple of nights quite strongly in the south of New Zealand.
Lovely to see some display again after few weeks of waiting for the Coronal hole to come back.
The performance of the display this time was spectacular compared with the auroras in more solar active times.
It is getting frosty cold and the darker hours longer. Crisp clear sky with many meteors and airglows and many other things to be entertained with while standing by for auroras.
Canon 6D and Sony a7s, ranging from 16mm to 24mm, ISO 6400 to 12800, 8sec to 13sec
