A rainbow (?) very low in the sky, at the horizon !

Details:
It was like a rainbow but the highest part was too low, at the horizon. In the picture you can see the road I was driving southwest at 10:39am, it descends in a little angle and therefore we can see the distant cars after the road turns slowly left. The picture was taken on the cellphone Galaxy S3, it is georeferencied but the GPS was off so the cell phone used the 3G network for approximate position. I used the Google Maps to get the coordinates
-22.9999393,-47.0796955.
The first picture is the original, the second one is the same picture after only adjusted bright and contrast.
